    5. Marketing & Listing: Your property will be listed on major rental platforms, and we’ll start marketing it to potential tenants or guests.

    6. Ongoing Management: From here, we’ll manage everything from tenant screening to rent collection and maintenance.

  • You will receive your rental income on a regular schedule, typically on a monthly basis. Payments are processed through a secure system and are usually disbursed to your designated bank account within a few days after the end of each month. You will receive a detailed statement outlining all transactions and deductions.

  • Our standard property management fees do not include extra charges for maintenance and repairs. These costs are generally passed on to you, the property owner. We will provide you with estimates and seek your approval before any work is major carried out. In urgent situations, we may proceed with necessary repairs to ensure the property remains in good condition.

  • In the event of damage to your property, we will first assess the extent of the damage and determine the necessary repairs. We will then coordinate with repair professionals and provide you with an estimate of the costs. If the damage was caused by a tenant or guest, we will seek compensation through their security deposit or insurance, if applicable.

  • We conduct regular property inspections to ensure everything is in good condition and to identify any potential issues early. We are hands-on and and take any opportunity we can to have boots on the ground.

  • Our cleaning services include a comprehensive cleaning of common areas and key facilities between each guest or tenant stay. This includes dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens. It is a necessity for a short term rental to have the space spotless and we make sure of it!

  • Emergency repairs are handled promptly to ensure the safety and comfort of your tenants or guests. Our team is available 24/7 to address urgent issues such as plumbing leaks, electrical problems, or heating and cooling failures. We prioritize emergencies and work quickly to resolve them, keeping you informed throughout the process.

  • Yes, short-term rentals often require specialized insurance coverage to protect against unique risks associated with transient guests. We recommend obtaining short-term rental insurance or verifying that your existing policy covers short-term rental activities. Our team can provide guidance on finding the right coverage for your property.

  • If a guest causes damage to the property, we will first assess the situation and document the damage. We will then use the guest’s security deposit to cover repair costs or seek reimbursement through their insurance. In severe cases, we may also pursue additional compensation if necessary.
